This websites entire purpose is to showcase the top 3 teams in Lethbridge and Area.  These numbers come DIRECTLY from the MLS.  As of this date, these are MLS sold "ends".  An "End" is considered in the following manner.  One real estate transaction can have two "ends".  One would be that the Listing agent sold the home. The other is that a buyers agent brought a buyer in order for that home to sell.  In each transaction there is a buyer and a seller.  Those are the two "ends".  This website only contemplates actual data published and available.  It does not take into account agents who don't live in Canada, or who are outside of the Lethbridge Area.  For the purposes of this site, a MAP of all of the sold homes discussed and contemplated will be updated with the statistics.  This is reliable information, and not anecdotal.  All information is available for in depth review at anytime upon request.   For purposes of disclosure, this site is maintained by Justin Myer, REALTOR, at LethbridgeRealEstate.com.  At the time of this writing, his team is currently in first place.  However, if that changes, the number will accurately and ethically reflect that.  This is just for transparency so the public is given the correct and truthful information.
